Welcome to Aviator Room. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Aviator Room is intended for users 18 years of age or older, based in India. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Sign-In

You can sign in using Google or with an email and password. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for providing accurate account information. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Credits & Payments

Group Discussion practice sessions run on credits, purchased in packs (₹249 / ₹399 / ₹499) via Razorpay. One credit is used each time a discussion session starts.

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if you have not started any discussion session. Genuine and verifiable requests made in this window are refunded in full to your original payment method. After that, purchases are final and non-refundable.

The one exception to a used credit: if your very first-ever discussion session fails to complete due to a crash or unexpected exit, we'll restore that single credit to your account. This is a credit restoration, not a cash refund, and applies only to your first session.

Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms. We never see or store your card or bank details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes: no abusive, illegal, or harmful content during sessions; no reselling, sharing, or gaming your credit balance; no attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service; and no creating multiple accounts to bypass credit limits.

5. AI Content & Voice

Aviator Room uses AI to run and evaluate your practice sessions. During a session, your microphone audio is sent for processing to generate the AI captain's responses and to transcribe your speech. By using the microphone feature, you consent to this. AI-generated responses may occasionally be imperfect or inaccurate.

This is a practice tool only. It does not constitute professional or formal interview coaching, and does not guarantee selection, a job offer, or any specific outcome with any airline.

6. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of credits or abusive behavior on the platform.

7. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update Aviator Room's features or these Terms over time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll notify you. On the site or by email. Before the changes take effect.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aviator Room is provided "as is," as a practice tool, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of data, or outcomes related to your airline applications or interviews arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
